International Buyers:
Please note any items being shipped internationally are at risk of the buyer.  Buy bidding on the item you agree to assume
all risk if the item is lost, damaged, or stolen going through customs. We also do not alter item cost on declaration forms and will report to EBAY if asked to do so.
Also please be aware items being shipped internationally have been known to get stuck in customs and take up to 60 days;  this is not normal, but can occur.
