are closed Sat., Sun. and holidays. All emails will be answered, all payments
will be processed, and all packages will be shipped only during our business
hours. Any emails you send us should include an eBay item #, your user ID, and

We encourage that you ask questions before bidding to insure

If the item stated as brand new is found defective on arrival or
incorrect item was shipped, buyer understands that the product will be repaired

the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and
destination, particularly during peak periods.
International buyers are responsible for duties and customs fees.
We also ship via UPS ground services, if you would
like to have the item shipped by other UPS expedited methods, please contact us
for more details and pricing.
Tracking numbers will be sent to all customers upon package shipment.
UPS is not available for HI, AK, APO/FPO and international shipment except
Canada.

Returns and Exchange …..
Purchased item(s) must be in the original
condition and returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt date, we will refund
your winning bid amount minus 15% restocking fee. Of course, in the rare
circumstance where we make a mistake, you will be entitled to a refund of your
entire transaction amount including S&H.. Please note: It is our pledge that you
will receive the exact item that you bid on, in the condition that we have
stated in the auction. Requests for substitutes on product won may be
accommodated, but must be made prior to completing your order, and will incur an
additional handling fee.
